  • The "frontend.co" domain and related variants.
  • All Frontend logos, designs, and visual elements.
  • Website content, marketing materials, and documentation.

Platform Assets

  • Site architecture and design.
  • Platform functionalities and features.
  • Proprietary algorithms and systems.
  • User interface and experience design.
  • Related documentation and support materials.

Website Content

  • Text, images, and media on frontend.co.
  • Blog articles, guides, and documentation.
  • Promotional and marketing content.
  • Interface elements and design components.

These assets are protected by copyright, trademarks, trade dress, patents, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights

While Frontend owns the platform and branding, we do not claim ownership over:

  • Code generated by our platform.
  • Applications built using our Services.
  • Custom implementations and modifications.
  • Derivative works based on generated content.
  • Your business logic and application architecture.

Usage Rights

You are free to:

  • Use generated code for commercial purposes.
  • Modify and customize generated code.
  • Distribute generated code in any format.
  • Monetize applications created with our platform.
  • Open source your projects.

To clarify:

  • You have complete ownership over generated code.
  • There are no attribution, licensing, or royalty obligations to Frontend.
  • You can integrate generated code with other sources without our approval.

Data Usage and Processing

We collect and process data to enhance our platform, improve user experience, and provide support. While our Privacy Policy details these processes, below is an overview of how we handle data:

Service Enhancement

By analyzing code generation, prompts, and user interactions, we continuously refine our AI systems, improve accuracy, optimize performance, and resolve issues.

Operational Support

Data helps us monitor system performance, identify errors, generate internal reports, and enhance service quality. Our support team uses this information to:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems.
  • Maintain platform stability and performance.
  • Improve documentation and user assistance resources.

Data Retention

  • Data is stored only as long as needed for service and compliance.
  • Users may request data deletion, subject to retention policies.

User Accounts and Content

Account Management

Services and Pricing

Plans and Limits

  • Free Plan: 5 messages per day, 30 messages per month.
  • Paid Plans: Available at frontend.co/pricing.
  • Message limits reset at the start of each month.
  • Pricing and plans may change at our discretion.

Subscription and Payments

  • Our Services are offered on a recurring monthly subscription basis.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
  • Annual billing is not available at this time.

Fulfillment and Service Policies

Service Access

  • Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
  • Login credentials are sent via email.
  • For access issues, contact support@frontend.co.

Refunds

  • Payments are generally non-refundable.
  • Refunds may be considered for billing errors, duplicate charges, or other cases at our discretion.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to Profile.
  2. Select Subscriptions
  3. Click Manage Subscription
  4. Choose Cancel in the Stripe Dashboard interface.

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds are provided.
